Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Inzeedo (PVT) Ltd ("we", "us") for your use of LedgerLK. By downloading, signing in or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you use LedgerLK for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.

1. The service & your licence

LedgerLK is a mobile bookkeeping and credit-ledger app for recording customer credit, tracking cash flow and sending payment reminders. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on your own Android devices for your business. The app, logos and content remain our property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

2. Accounts & security

You sign in with Google or phone OTP. There are no app passwords to manage, and you must keep your Google account and SIM under your control. You are responsible for activity under your account, including any staff accounts on the Business plan. Tell us immediately at support@inzeedo.lk if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans & payments

  • Free (Rs. 0 forever): 1 shop, up to 50 customers, credit ledgers, cash tracking, 10 reminders/month. The Free plan includes ads.
  • Pro (Rs. 499/month or Rs. 4,990/year): up to 100 customers, 150 WhatsApp/SMS reminders/month, no ads, receipt photos, PDF exports, cloud backup & multi-device sync, priority support.
  • Business (Rs. 999/month or Rs. 9,990/year): everything in Pro plus unlimited customers, up to 5 shops, staff accounts with roles, 400 SMS/month included, SMS add-on packages available, advanced reports & analytics, VIP support.

Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), payable by bank transfer or card. Yearly plans include 2 months free. You can cancel anytime. Paid plans stay active until the end of the billing period and are not refunded mid-cycle. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse LedgerLK. In particular you must not:

  • Break any law, or record or share anyone's personal data unlawfully.
  • Send reminders or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from your business. You are responsible for having your customers' consent.
  • Spam, harass, threaten or defraud anyone through the app.
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, resell or attempt to disrupt the app or its infrastructure.
  • Circumvent plan limits (customer counts, reminder quotas, shop limits).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without prior notice for serious abuse.

5. Your data

Your ledger entries, customer records and receipt photos belong to you. You grant us only the licence needed to store, back up, sync and display that data to you (and to send the reminders you request). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Exports and PDF statements are available in the app at any time.

6. Availability & support

We work hard to keep LedgerLK reliable and backed up, and we support Android 8.0 and above. Paid plans include priority (Pro) or VIP (Business) support; Free plans receive community support. Reminders depend on WhatsApp/SMS networks and carriers outside our control, so delivery times are not guaranteed.

7. Cancellation & termination

You can cancel paid plans anytime and delete your account anytime via Settings > Delete Account or our account-deletion page. Deleted data is purged within 7 days. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms or prolonged inactivity, and will give reasonable notice where possible.

8. Warranty & liability

LedgerLK is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data beyond our backup obligations, or uncollected dues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or Rs. 5,000 if you use only the Free plan). Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably with us; failing that, the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka have jurisdiction.
